As a self-published author/poet with Medea Publishing you retain 100% of the royalties from the sale of your book. On average, Vanity Presses take the money you spend to have your books produced and still charge you 80% of your royalties. You end up with 2 copies of your books, limited exposure and no control over the retail outlet through which your book is sold.
With Medea Publishing you will receive all the copies of your book that you pay for minus one (the -1 unit is sent to the copyright office for your registration). You set the price on your book and keep the royalties from the sale.
